Step 3: Return (if required)

If approved, you may need to return the item (at our expense for defective/wrong items).

Step 4: Refund

Refund will be issued to your original payment method.

5. Return Shipping

  • We cover return shipping for defective/wrong items.
  • Customer covers return shipping for change-of-mind returns (if accepted).

6. Partial Refunds

Partial refunds may be issued for:

  • Minor defects or damages
  • Missing parts/accessories
  • Items returned used or opened

7. Refund Exceptions

We reserve the right to deny refunds for:
